As you probably know, I love when I hear from fans of the book, and am happy to send autographed copies to anyone who purchases the book through my website or by contacting me directly. Recently, I had the nicest note and photo that I wanted to share.

Nataly, purchased a signed copy of Best Dressed Tables to give to her dear friend Irena as a gift for her Birthday and for becoming a Canadian citizen in May.

Irena is from Russia and Nataly is from the Ukraine. They said they are both against the war and are happy to be friends living in Canada.

I am happy they were able to share a smile together and share their story with me.

Hopefully friendships like these will lead to the resolution of the war.
